Peter Zalewski has been named by the South Florida Business Journal as one of six individuals in South Florida real estate to watch in 2009.

The event will be held from 7:30 am to 2 pm Jan. 23, 2009, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood. As many as 400 real estate and architectural professionals are expected to attend.
This year, the Real Estate Development panel on housing will focus on two big questions, "When will we reach bottom?" and "What will the shape of recovery be?" The panel is also scheduled to address how foreclosures, phantom rental stock and bulk sales will impact the rental market.
Zalewski is also scheduled to speak on the state of real estate in South Florida as a panelist for a program sponsored by the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce on February 13.
