The Accrediting Commission of DETC is listed by the U.S. Department of Education as a nationally recognized accrediting agency and is also recognized member of the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). Accreditation is a voluntary process by which the University underwent to ensure institutional effectiveness and excellence in student learning.
