Jack Skolds Joins Outer Banks Ocean Energy Corporation

Skolds has extensive experience in the energy industry, most recently serving as senior executive vice president of Chicago-based electric utility Exelon Corporation’s generation business, where he oversaw 29,000 megawatts of generation capacity.
