Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Prudential Homesale Form Joint Venture
Lancaster, PA, January 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Prudential Homesale Services Group and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, a division of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., have formed a joint venture to originate, process and fund mortgage loans for Prudential Homesale customers.
The joint venture, HomeSale Lending, LLC, is co-owned by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Prudential Homesale Services Group.
