Bristol Total Fitness to Host Free Group Exercise Class to Benefit the East Bay Food Pantry

2-hour Group Exercise Class at Bristol Total Fitness to benefit the East Bay Food Pantry. This class is free and open to the public. It’s suggested that attendees bring water for themselves and a canned food donation for the East Bay Food Pantry.

Bristol, RI, March 09, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Total Fitness Clubs (TFC) announced today they will be hosting a free group exercise class “Spring and Shred Ahead” on Sunday, March 13th 2011 at 8:00 a.m. at Bristol Total Fitness, to benefit the East Bay Food Pantry.

“Spring and Shred Ahead” is a 2-hour “super class” that will be led by four of Bristol Total Fitness’s group exercise instructors; Bobbi Jarvis, Lara Hakeem, Angie Jennings and Erin Ward. This class is free and open to the public. It’s suggested that attendees bring water for themselves and a canned food donation for the East Bay Food Pantry.

“March is National Nutrition Month and this is a great way for us to provide nutrition for our local community,” said Erin Ward, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, Bristol Total Fitness. “Plus, you’ll get a really amazing workout - a chance to check out different classes and the instructors teaching styles and maybe even find out if there’s one class you’ll want to stick with.”
