Russell Bedford Welcomes DZO as New Polish Member
Dmowski Zaremba Olczak becomes Russell Bedford DZO, member firm of Russell Bedford network in Poland.
London, United Kingdom, December 01, 2011 --(PR.com)-- The Russell Bedford global audit and tax consulting network has appointed Dmowski Zaremba Olczak (DZO) as its new Polish member firm.
DZO, now rebranded as Russell Bedford DZO, is a multi-discipline professional services group which was launched in January 2011 by a team leaving one of the second-tier accounting firms.
The group comprises a consulting firm (Russell Bedford DZO Sp. k.) offering tax advisory, business consulting, outsourcing / accounting, corporate finance and training services, together with a financial audit practice (Russell Bedford DZO Sp. z o.o.) and a full-service law firm (Russell Bedford Dmowski & Partners).
The client base is medium-size, large and very large enterprises in the Polish market, companies that are normally served by the Big Four and the second tier.
The group's constituent firms are registered with all the relevant professional institutes in Poland and with the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The group, which already employs more than 30 personnel, has offices in Warsaw, Katowice and Poznan, and plans to open in the Gdansk area in early 2012.
Andrzej Dmowski is a managing partner. He was a tax partner and member of the board of directors in one of the second-tier accounting firms for seven years. He was head of the firm’s Tax Advisory Department and International Tax Coordinator for Central & Eastern Europe. He has also been head of a regional office, with responsibility for a full range of audit, tax and accounting services. Previously he was with one of the Big Four firms, a law firm and a firm of insurance brokers. Andrzej has a PhD in Finance & Tax Law from Warsaw University. He is a Statutory Tax Advisor, Attorney-at-Law, Certified Accountant, Certified Internal Controls Auditor, and Certified Fraud Examiner.
Grazyna Zaremba is also a managing partner. She was with a second-tier accounting firm for three years as a senior manager / associate in the Tax Advisory Department and as a fraud examiner. Previously she had 12 years with a firm of insurance brokers as finance director and CEO. Grazyna has postgraduate qualifications in finance, international law, business evaluation and strategic audit. She is a Statutory Tax Advisor, Certified Accountant, Certified Internal Controls Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner.
Krystyna Olczak is an audit partner. She had six years with a second-tier accounting firm as a senior manager / associate in the Audit Department and as an auditor / senior manager in the Risk Management Department. Previously she was a manager in the Audit Department with a Big Four firm. Krystyna has postgraduate qualifications in Finance and Accounting. She is a Statutory Auditor and Chartered Accountant.
