Mr. McMullen is retired after 28 years in law enforcement. He was a Peace Officer with the Police Department in the State of California. Prior to retiring, Mr. McMullen held a variety of positions including Beat Officer, Field Training Officer and Crime Scene Investigator. He is affiliated with The California Highway Patrolmen’s Association. Mr. McMullen was born on October 22, 1957 in Phoenix, Arizona. He attended college. In his spare time he enjoys physical fitness.
