Brown Mackie College –Tucson has joined EDMC’s Brown Mackie College system of schools.
Tucson, AZ, September 15, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Education Management LLC has renamed Chaparral College in Tucson, Ariz. as Brown Mackie College – Tucson. Brown Mackie College –Tucson, occupying approximately 31,000 square feet at 4585 East Speedway Boulevard in Tucson, has joined Education Management’s Brown Mackie College system of schools.
Brown Mackie College, with 17 school locations in eight states, is dedicated to providing educational programs that prepare students for entry-level positions in a competitive, rapidly-changing workplace. Brown Mackie College schools offer bachelor's degree, associate’s degree, certificate, and diploma programs in health sciences, business, information technology, legal studies and design technologies.

Initially, the Brown Mackie College – Tucson will offer Bachelor of Science degree programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, and Computer Science; Associate of Science degree programs in Accounting, Business Administration, Medical Assistant, Criminal Justice, Computer Networking & Security, Health Information Technology, and Office Administration; a Post Bachelor Certificate in Accounting; and Certificate programs in Accounting/Bookkeeping, Computer Science, General Studies, General Business, and Software Applications.
Classes at Brown Mackie College – Tucson will be delivered to students in a convenient monthly format, allowing them to balance life, work, and coursework as they pursue a higher education.
