The Gateway Family YMCA Invites You to Take Control of Your Health

Take Control of Your Health is a workshop for those with chronic conditions, provided free of charge.

Elizabeth, NJ, March 27, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The Gateway Family YMCA is offering a 6-session, 15 hour workshop that gives people with chronic conditions and/or their caregivers the knowledge, skills and confidence to take a more active role in their health care.

This program will be offered at the Elizabeth Branch, 135 Madison Avenue, Elizabeth, NJ. Take Control of Your Health begins on Thursday, April 2nd at 1:00pm and is offered free of charge to all participants.

For those suffering with chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, high blood pressure, heart disease, chronic pain or anxiety this program can help prepare them to take charge of their life.
