He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Pratt Institute School of Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration degree from Dowling College.
Dave’s expertise in commuter rail operations and maintenance includes Periodic and Corrective Maintenance management, as well as Project Manager responsibilities for numerous high profile Life Cycle and Reliability Centered maintenance projects. Over the years, Dave has demonstrated exceptional executive leadership, resulting in continuous process improvements associated with asset management and maintenance.
