Global eTraining Named SIIA Education CODiE Award Finalist in Three Categories

The Generator 2.0 and The Plug-In both earn prestigious education industry recognition.

Edmonton, Canada, April 09, 2016 --(PR.com)-- Global eTraining today announced that both The Generator 2.0 and The Plug-In were named as finalists for the 2016 SIIA CODiE Awards. The Generator 2.0 is a finalist in both the “Best Post-Secondary LMS or Learning Platform,” and the “Best Virtual Learning Solution” categories, while The Plug-In is a finalist in the “Best Science & Technology Information Solution” category. The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier awards for the software and information industries, and have been recognizing product excellence for over 30 years. The awards offer 91 categories that are organized by industry focus of education technology and business technology.

The Generator 2.0 and The Plug-In were named among 160 finalists across 29 education technology categories.

Winners will be announced during a virtual award ceremony on May 18, 2016. The top honor of best overall educational product will be presented at Education Industry Symposium, the nation’s leading education technology conference, in Denver, Colorado on July 26, 2016. The announcement will take place during a special celebration party and dinner.
