Anthony Marsala, MSC’s Chief Operating Officer, was honored as a winner of The M&A Advisor’s 7th Annual Emerging Leaders Award.

The Annual M&A Advisor Emerging Leaders Awards was born as the 40 Under 40 Awards in the United States in 2010 to recognize and celebrate the achievements of young M&A, Financing and Turnaround professionals who had reached a significant level of success and made a notable contribution to their industry and community.

The M&A Advisor announced Madison Street Capital ("MSC") as a winner at the 8th Annual International M&A Advisor Awards for Cross Border Deal of the Year ($10 million to $25 million) for the acquisition of Fabtrol Systems by AVEVA.

MSC was also nominated as a finalist for the Corporate and Strategic Acquisition of the Year ($10 million to $25 million), Technology Deal of the Year (Under $250 million), Industrial Goods and Basic Resource Deal of the Year and Professional Services Deal of the Year.

The winners were announced at the 2016 International M&A Advisor Awards Gala at The New York Athletic Club. The Gala is the premier celebration of the year for the industry's leading international M&A Dealmakers and is held in conjunction with the 2016 International Financial Forum that featured over 500 of the industry's leading M&A professionals participating in exclusive interactive forums led by over 50 M&A, media, academic, and stalwarts.

CHICAGO, Dec. 9, 2015 - The M&A Advisor has announced Madison Street Capital a winner of the 10th Annual M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards. The awards, widely respected as a pinnacle of achievement in the financial industry, recognize excellence in deal making, restructuring and financing, celebrating the contributions and achievements of leading firms and professionals.

Madison Street Capital won for the Refinancing Deal of the Year for its role in the Hatch Chile Company transaction.

The National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (“NACVA”) recently recognized one of Madison Street Capital’s co-founders and Chief Operating Officer, Anthony Marsala, as part of its 40 Under Forty recognition program for 2015. NACVA sought nominees under 40 who had made extraordinary advances in business valuation, financial forensics, litigation consulting, expert witness testimony, mergers and acquisitions and related professions.
