Trained in French culinary school, he has developed and created innovative and mouth-watering recipes that entice the refined palette as well as the non-developed palette. After relocating to New York City, Chef Frederic operated a Bakery and partnered with Restaurants such as:Jean Georges, Gotham Bar & Grill and Vong Restaurant is among New York City’s very small circle of 4-star restaurants.
