The Smithsonian Institute approached Third Wave Digital after viewing thier work at the Golden Muse awards competition. The Smithsonian was looking for an innovative and forward thinking company to help develop educational and entertaining content for thier revised National Postal Museum website. After holding an open call for all interested agencies, TWD was selected as the vendor of choice to help make the new National Postal Museum's game center a stand out componant of the new National Postal Museum website.

Third Wave Digital created an interactive game that could be completely delivered online in real time. The game Post Master's Challenge was patterned after a popular TV game show enjoyed by millions. TWD provided all the custom programming, graphic design and user interfaces to the online game experince; one that not only provides a learning element, but a healthy dose of interactive fun
