Biography
Deirdre K. Breakenridge is president and director of communications at PFS Marketwyse. Deirdre is the author of The New PR Toolkit, a Prentice Hall business book published in February 2003. Her first book, Cyberbranding: Brand Building in the Digital Economy, also a Prentice Hall title, was published in May of 2001.
Deirdre has an extensive public relations and marketing background. She works with Fortune 500 companies to smaller brands that employ her PR tactics and brand building techniques. Deirdre leads a creative team of public relations and marketing executives strategizing to gain brand awareness for her clients and publicizing their national/international efforts.
Deirdre is a member of the New Jersey Ad Club, PRSA, NYNMA, and the Tri-State Chamber of Commerce. She was recognized by Business News New Jersey 40 Under 40 as an outstanding business leader in New Jersey. Deirdre is also an adjunct professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University where she teaches a Global Business Management class on Interactive Marketing.
