Sergio Ordaz (CHAIRMAN & CEO) brings superior managerial and technical skills to this venture. Two (2) years at the helm of Coast II Coast & FM Wireless as President & COO, seeing an increase in sales (40%) and profitability of 12% each fiscal year. Sergio’s corporate structure and ability to manage his Executive Team enhanced the way sales and customer service levels where needed. While bringing sales and service levels to new heights, Sergio kept overhead at a minimal, actively increasing the bottom line. Although his daily duties included but were not limited to running the company on a day-to-day basis: Sales & marketing, customer service, IT, human resources, product development, and finance. Sergio’s core objectives were for acquisitions of new markets and aggressively develop the company’s growth strategy.

As the National Training Manager for Mobile Systems Wireless in Carlsbad, CA. Sergio’s three (3) year tenure accounted for re-developing the wireless sales plans and re-structuring sales lessons for the new hire training program. Revamped all quality improvement systems throughout the organization within the sales department, designed to ensure high level of efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability. Ensured mid to senior level management curriculum for sales and operation policy and procedures where within organizational culture. Ascertained the design in high-level sales techniques to meet and surpass performance expectations, in support of corporate goals and employee integration into the corporate program.
