Ashish holds an engineering degree in electronics and telecommunication also postgraduate diploma in Software Application Engineering. Before e-Zest Solutions he was with Zensar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (previously ICIL, an SEI CMM -5 company) as Team leader.

Ashish heads Research and Development at e-Zest, exploring new technologies and helping apply them in creating innovative applications. He is responsible for focusing e-Zest's technology resources and intellectual capital in developing the most advanced solutions of the day. He has an extensive technology background gained through years of experience in providing consulting and design for a variety of industries. Ashish has also worked extensively on systems related technologies like CTI (Computer Telephony Integration), Voice technologies, Process automation and distributed application development.

Ashish is excellent chess player and received best chess player award on all India university level. He headed the state and university team many times. Chess has given him greater insight in strategic management with inbuilt qualities such as patience and perseverance.
