As an insurance broker prior to launching trade-pals.com, Tino didn't like the prospecting aspect of his job. He believed that cold calling was an outdated method of finding prospects. He wanted to create a system that would reduce the need for cold calls. He created trade-pals.com as a way for salespeople, business people, tradespaeople, and professionals to solicit business without the need for cold calling.
