Kristal Miller’s greatest area of expertise is in the arena of strategic planning and implementation. Whether in her position as the business manager of a graphic design firm, the owner/operator of a music publishing company, or an internal consultant for a consulting practice, Kristal has extensive experience as a member or leader of the team that is responsible for planning the growth and operations of an organization, developing the infrastructure to support that plan, and implementing and overseeing the success of that plan.

Kristal is a Simplex Creative Problem Solving facilitator and has had success leading organizational groups in developing strategies and solutions using this eight step process developed by Min Basadur.

Kristal also is an experienced wild card participant in strategic planning sessions. Her creativity and overall knowledge make her a valued participant in any brain storming activities, whether or not she has experience specific to the topic.

Kristal frequently assists startup businesses in planning, establishing the legal entity, and developing the infrastructure to support their new business. She usually performs these services at no charge as part of her commitment to giving back to the African American community. In this capacity, Kristal has participated in drafting several dozen business plans to date.

Finally, since the age of 11, Kristal Miller has been honing her skills as a lyricist. Although songwriting is her first love, she removed it from her life for over a decade. She recently, however, completed a musical, “Since the Beginning of Time” that is currently in the hands of a composer.
