Biography
Penny is a retired 63 year old widow who lives in Florida. She has always had an interest in poetry and has written for her own enjoyment for years, sharing it only with her family and a few friends. It wasn't until last year (2004) that she started sharing it with more people and was encouraged to submit it for others to view. Her favorite theme to write about is nature, which fits right in with her love of the mountains, Everglades and Ocean. Penny's hobbies include Stained Glass, Reading with mysteries being a favorite, Big Band Music, Jewelry making and the Lapidary Arts. Penny has been with us since July 2005. She is smart, funny, outspoken, silly, caring, and just plain wonderful.
