Richard Parker's background spans more than thirty years as a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor, Real Estate Professional and Entrepreneur. He has provided personal consultation in many different business categories regarding valuation and exit strategy.

Mr. Parker brings vast experience and insightful review to any business owner contemplating the eventual sale of their business. A successful business owner himself, he and his wife Sally have founded, built and sold three Printing and Graphic related companies, two in Arkansas and one in Dallas Texas

Mr. Parker earned his B.S. from Henderson State University, Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

As a Mergers and Acquisition professional, Mr. Parker has provided personal consultation to hundreds of business owners in various industries regarding valuation and successful exit planning.
