As Chief Technology Officer, Roderick Monje shepherds SEO Logic's development efforts, focusing on innovation, standards, and simplicity. With over 18 years' experience in software, Rod is responsible for managing our technology decisions, architecture, and infrastructure.

Before joining SEO Logic, Rod co-founded Hapax Labs to solve business problems by combining leading-edge technology with agile, collaborative methods. In years prior, Rod was a software engineer in the advertising industry where he designed and implemented solutions for a broad range of clients including the US Army, Starbucks, and Morgan Stanley.

Rod holds a bachelor's degree in literature from Northwestern University. He now applies his literary eye to code.
