Gossimer is led by CEO Marvin Dreyer. Sgt Dreyer is a Master Sergeant in the Air Force, with over 20 years of military experience. His awards during this career include

• Meritorious Service Medal for leadership at McGuire AFB, New Jersey
• Air Force Commendation Medal for service in Operation Desert Storm
• Air Force Achievement Medal (AFAM) for support offered during the Haitian refugee crisis in 1991
• AFAM first oak-leaf cluster for supporting Operations Provide Comfort II, Provide Hope, and Provide Promise, in Turkey in 1992
• AFCM first oak-leaf cluster for outstanding contributions to passenger travel analysis while at Scott AFB in Illinois
• AFAM with valor device and AFCM second oak-leaf cluster for operations management at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
• AFAM third oak-leaf cluster for support during Joint Task Force Atlas Response 2000
• AFCM third oak-leaf cluster for leading aircraft services at Howard AFB in Panama
• AFCM fourth oak-leaf cluster for leadership during Operation Crisis Reach ‘04, AFCM fifth oak-leaf cluster for support during the initial phase of Operation Iraqi Freedom

Sgt. Dreyer holds an Associates Degree in Transportation Management from the Community College of the Air Force. He currently attends American Military University and is working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Information technology Management. He is married with one son and lives in Browns Mills, New Jersey.
