Carson is proud to be the owner and broker of EXIT Realty Metro in Minneapolis. After twenty years in the housing and real estate industries, Carson has gathered a team of experienced real estate professionals centered on a collaborative approach to serving clientele. A broker for ten years, Carson began his real estate career in Honolulu, HI, and locally at Lakes Area Realty in Uptown. Most recently, he was managing broker for a large EXIT franchise in Minnetonka.

Carson’s background in marketing and remodeling design have been assets in supporting both agents and clients. He continues to use this background to coach agents in these key areas. Outside of real estate Carson has been involved with Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots, and United Way programs.

In the real estate community, he has been active in community development committees for the city of Minneapolis. He served as chair for a leadership and professional development program at the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors (Compass Academy). He is currently a board member for MAAR. Carson is also part of CIPS (Certification of International Property Specialists). He is a graduate of the Realtor Institute, member of the Council of Residential Specialists, and recently completed the Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification. (SFR).
