David Schwartz is the founder and chief executive officer of Franchise Clique.
Schwartz was born in New Rochelle, New York. He earned a bachelor of sciences in communications and a minor in marketing from Southern Illinois University in 1998.

Schwartz became an entrepreneur before he received his bachelor’s degree. In 1998, he co-founded Generation X Design, a web development, online advertising and marketing company.

In 2001, Schwartz broadened his marketing experience when he joined Franchise Opportunities Network, a company that introduced him to the lead generation business. Seven years later Schwartz made the second riskiest career decision of his life and left his senior sales management position with Franchise Opportunities Network.

Schwartz joined PINK Magazine in 2007 as the publication’s Advertising Director. A year later, in 2008, Schwartz joined Garden & Gun magazine as the Eastern Advertising Director.

In 2009, Schwartz made his riskiest career decision and founded Franchise Clique in Charleston, S.C. The Internet-based marketing company specializes in lead generation services and solutions for franchises and other business opportunities.
