Danny Ladouceur is a dynamic, bilingual strategic thinker with extensive experience at the senior executive level within the field of corporate finance, SR&ED, and strategic planning. Committed to excellence, quality, and achieving measurable results Danny has successfully established a strong professional reputation of turning around struggling businesses into ventures achieving strong profitable growth.

As a principal at Ideacia ONE Inc., Danny is leading the launch of the newly formed group of companies operating under Ideacia ONE, namely Strategic Marketing ONE and M&A ONE, as well as playing a pivotal role in expanding SR&ED ONE (formerly R&D ONE) across North America.

Prior to dedicating his career to helping business innovators, his most recent roles included Vice President of finance & IT at Signature Vacations, and prior to that, Vice President & CFO at FCI Broadband, a Rogers Communications company. Prior to joining the Rogers Group of companies, Mr. Ladouceur held senior finance positions at Labatt Communications where he was involved in the acquisition of the Toronto Argonauts, the Toronto Blue Jays and the Rogers Centre.

Mr. Ladouceur also contributed to the launch of The Discovery Channel in Canada. The board of director’s positions he has held include the Specialist Sector Board of First Choice Holidays PLC (UK publicly traded), FCI Broadband, TICO (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) and Chair of CATO (Canadian Association of Tour Operators). In 2007, Mr. Ladouceur founded R&D ONE, an SR&ED firm focused on the highest standards of expertise, knowledge and customer service.

Danny has graduated top of his class with an honors degree (Magna Cum Laude) in Commerce (B.Comm) from the University of Ottawa in 1988. He has also obtained his chartered accountancy (CA) designation in 1991 whilst employed at KPMG.
Danny enjoys having a strong work and life balance spending quality time with family is of the utmost importance to him. He is committed to giving back to the community and regularly participates in local fundraising initiatives.
