Josh Souza brings 12 years of media, international marketing and reality show creation and production experience. Prior to joining O2 Media™, Josh spent three years as CEO, Executive Producer and Series Director of Ocean Models based in South Beach, two years as CEO of Titanium X, an international marketing firm, and two years based in Beverly Hills, CA as the Director of Development and Co-Creator of shows for multiple cable networks, including E! Entertainment.

Josh is the founding member and former Chairman of the Emerging Leadership Council of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. He has also conducted business in 25 countries worldwide.
