Franchise Marketing Systems

Tim Conner has been the Operations Director for Franchise Marketing Systems since 2012 and has during that time worked with businesses to develop, create and define franchise operations manuals and franchise training programs. Mr. Conner's work is focused on delivering key documentation, processes and technology which is used to teach, train and support efficient duplication of a business model through franchising. His time working with businesses consists of onsite consulting, direction and operations advice. Through development of the operations documentation, he provides efficiency consultation and direction to businesses to find ways to streamline the business and create a platform which will create a more consistent customer experience in new company owned or franchised locations. Mr. Conner has prior experience with Chase Bank working with small business owners to support funding needs and financial decision making and he has a B.S. from Northern Illinois University.
