In her current capacity as Chief Financial Operating Officer (CFOO) for Elamant, Vanessa deploys this expertise to provide strategic direction for Elamant’s operations, finance, and compliance functions across global operations while devising investment and liquidity strategies to drive growth for Elamant.

Born and raised in Australia, Vanessa established herself as a visionary growth champion early in her career by achieving breakthrough expansion for several Australia-based software firms under highly volatile market conditions. These achievements enabled Vanessa to grow as a cross-functional leader spearheading aggressive business expansion across high-potential markets, initially in APAC and later across North America, EMEA, and LATAM.

By 2014, Vanessa assumed global operational responsibilities, which included building international corporate operations from the ground up while consolidating operations fragmented across six continents. She excelled in this role by establishing a fully functional and compliant operational infrastructure in just three months and conducting high-level operational audits of global sites to make strategic recommendations on optimizing global operations. Most recently, she played an instrumental role in executing an operational and financial risk mitigation strategy for COVID-19.
