Description:
The Zip-UP Ceiling System is comprised of 5 basic parts. Each part is designed to to connect with each other to form the system. The 5 parts are; the Wall Trim, the Main Rail, the Panel, the Seam Rail, and the Seam Cap. The Wall Trim is installed around the perifery of the room and connects with the Main Rail and Panel. The Wall Trim recieves and aesthetically covers the cut edge of the Panel. The Main Rail is the skelaton of the system. The Main Rail supports the Panel. The Panel is the main aesthitic cover for the ceiling. The Seam Rail and Seam Cap are used to create a seam where the room is longer than the legth of the panel, allowing sectioning of the ceiling. Panels are 12 inches wide and up to 16 feet long. Main Rails are up to 16 feet long. The Wall Trim, Seam Rail, and Seam Cap are 12 foot lengths.
