WideBand designs and manufacturers a full line of Ethernet switches, network cards, copper/fiber media converters as well as computer and server systems. WideBand specializes in Gigabit data rates and was a pioneer in early Gigabit-over-copper technology. WideBand brand networking products are sold world-wide through a network of 350 independent Resellers with special attention to Education and Government markets.
Manufacturing:
WideBand's Gallatin plant features automated stencil print and surface mount assembly equipment to build up circuit boards and is believed to be the only Gigabit switch and network interface card manufacturing facility in the United States. The demanding tier-1 customers that WideBand sells to require top-quality products and very low failure rates. WideBand holds to these standards in each stage of the manufacturing and testing process.
Product Design and Development:
WideBand's in-house development team can custom design products or add enhancements to current products. WideBand development team members utilize years of experience and state-of-the-art labs to deliver superior designs in impressively short amounts of time.
