MAIDENHEAD FACILITIES
From our dedicated 6000 sq.ft. facilities in Maidenhead, Berkshire, conveniently placed for the M4/M40, we offer high precision laser profiling services. We operate two laser cutters, a Trumpf TRUMATIC L2530 (4KW), new in October 2005, and an LVD HELIUS 2513 (2KW). We can laser cut large sheets up to 2500mm x 1500mm x 20mm thick as well as make cuts and insertions as small as 0.1mm.
LASER PROFILING
Utilising state of the art CAD/CAM technology we are capable of taking any client drawing and producing a finished profile quickly. Our CAD software allows automatic nesting of parts, and twin pallet loading minimises set up time resulting in short lead times and low costs to our customers.
MATERIALS
We stock a wide range of metal sheet inhouse which allows us to turn jobs around quickly. Much of our standard work is in mild or stainless steel although we do hold stocks of aluminium, brass, copper, and can order in specials such as titanium and armour plate.
PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT
Our production management system is fully computerised as is our automated quotation system. We are a happy to handle contracts for annual call offs as well as JIT scheduling in support of Kanban systems. Where required we can offer a rapid responce 24 hour turn around service for extra special rush jobs.
WORKING IN PARTNERSHIP
Key to the delivery of our capability is our professional and personal service. We like to work closely with our clients in order that they recieve the best. We work closely with designers assisting them with any technical, production or design reservations they might have at an early stage as well as with buyers and workshop managers so that billing and delivery issues are all handled with the minimum of fuss. We take a pride in our work and find that a close relationship with the customer is critical in ensuring the job is done properly.
FABRICATION & FINISHING
We offer a one stop shop service to our clients, catering to all their profiling requirements. Additional onsite services include sheet metal work, folding & rolling, welding (including coded welding) and general machining services.
