Joe Pavich Jr. is all about Family. He was born and raised in the Chicago land area. Moved to Estero in his teenage years when the population in Estero was 700. He graduated high school at Estero high in 1993. Then attended and played baseball for Edison Community College for 1 year. Immediately following, he also attended and played baseball at Santa Fe Community College and Graduated with an AA in Business. Soon after college, Joe worked with Enterprise Rent-A-Car as an assistant manager for 4 years. Seeing the family work in the real estate business, it didn’t take Joe long to decide that working in real estate with the family was what he wanted to do. So he joined the family business in 1997. He has been servicing the southwest Florida area in the real estate market “Full Time” since then.
