SteadyRain to Bring a New Look to Shakespeare St. Louis Website
St. Louis, MO, August 13, 2008 --(PR.com)-- SteadyRain and Shakespeare Festival St. Louis are partnering to revitalize the Festival’s website.
Shakespeare Festival St. Louis was founded in 1997 with the mission to produce professional Shakespeare theatre, outdoors in a city park, free and for a diverse audience, and to provide education through schools and community outreach. Forest Park is the scenic home to the Festival which has attracted audiences of over 340,000 in the last eight years.
Shakespeare Festival St. Louis’ new artistic director, Dawn McAndrews, has taken action to expand the reach of the Festival with a new brand to support the Festival's continued growth and commitment to quality productions and education. With this change came the desire to update the website that represents the immensely popular festival.
The Festival selected SteadyRain to work with Kiku Obata & Company, the firm responsible for the development of the new Shakespeare Festival St. Louis brand, logo and website design. Together, these firms are developing a highly functional website that is unified with the overall image and sensibility that Kiku Obata & Company has created for Shakespeare Festival St. Louis. In a multi-year plan, SteadyRain will work with the Festival to bring the same innovation to the website that the Festival’s performers bring to each performance. The new Shakespeare Festival St. Louis website is expected to launch in the fourth quarter of 2008.
