One of India’s Biggest Media Houses – Malayala Manorama - Prefers Wasp’3D Real-time 3D Graphics
New Delhi, India, May 02, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Malayala Manorama, one of India’s biggest and oldest (more than hundred years old) regional language media group chooses Beehive Systems’ real-time 3D graphics solution, Wasp’3D for three of its upcoming news channels.
Beehive will provide seven Wasp’3D output engines (Sting On-Air Servers) and four designers (Drones) for Malayala Manorama’s (MMTV) three regional language channels – one state-specific and others – city-specific.
MMTV’s requirement was a complete 3D on-air graphics solution as well as virtual set. For these requirements, they found Wasp’3D ideal because of the multiple core benefits provided by Wasp’3D at a reasonable cost. These core benefits include – real-time 3D, virtual set, chroma keying, 3D compositing, digital video effects and channel branding.
Beehive has completed knowledge transfer and training to the technical and creative staff of MMTV. The installation will be done in March 2006 while the channels are expected to go on-air in April 2006.
