The Mash House Makes Its Remodeling Debut
Fayetteville, NC, August 20, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Dean Ogan, owner of Rocky Top Hospitality (www.rockytophospitality.com), has announced that The Mash House is unveiling its newly remodeled kitchen and interior on Friday July 25 for dinner. The restaurant’s remodeling was focused on modernizing the kitchen, in which new equipment will allow the restaurant more freedom with menu changes. The revised menu includes several innovative items including a 16-ounce bone-in rib eye, shrimp and crab stuffed flounder and oysters three ways. Other renovations include interior painting, artwork and the implementation of the restaurant’s new logo. Next summer the restaurant will undergo further changes when the bar is remodeled to include a new audio and visual package.
The Mash House, located in Fayetteville at 4150 Sycamore Dairy Rd., is known for its wide selection, non-chain choices and hearty fares of steaks, chops and seafood.
