Michael Anthony Autograph Session Aug 22 at The Rock and Roll Emporium

Huntington Beach, CA, August 21, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Michael Anthony, bass player of Van Halen, Sammy Hagar, The Other Half and the new super group Chickenfoot, will be signing autographs at The Rock and Roll Emporium, 205 Main Street in Downtown Huntington Beach Friday, August 22, 2008 at 5pm.

Best know for his work as a founding member with Van Halen, Michael Anthony is currently promoting his newest projects including his line of tasty extra-hot sauces, collectible miniature replicas of his signature basses and his latest musical super group Chickenfoot.

In the October 2008 issue of Guitar World Magazine (on The RARE magazine stand now), Sammy Hagar is quoted as saying the group “could rival Led Zeppelin.” With Joe Satriani on lead guitar, Chad Smith of the Red Hot Chili Peppers on drums, Michael Anthony on bass and Hagar on lead vocals, it has all the ingredients of a red hot rock explosion. The group is scheduled to hit the recording studio in September.

Additionally, Michael has created a collection of miniature replica guitars of his six most famous basses. The Jack Daniel's bass, the W.D.F.A.
