Corona Del Mar's Landmark Steakhouse Set to Reopen to New Upscale Look and Menu
The doors are set to re-open following a complete renovation of the restaurant’s spacious and decidedly intimate dining rooms, lounge and outdoor patio.
Newport Beach, CA, August 22, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Rated Four Stars by the Orange County Register, and voted Best Date Spot by AOL City Guide, Landmark Steakhouse has made its mark as one of Orange County’s top coastal dining destinations. Now guests will soon enjoy a new upscale décor and refined food and wine menu.
The doors are set to re-open to the public in May, following a complete renovation of the restaurant’s spacious and decidedly intimate dining rooms, lounge and outdoor patio. The makeover provides a blend of classic and contemporary surroundings throughout. The warm atmosphere and friendly and cordial service will play host to the special emphasis placed on the food, wine and overall dining experience. The new, more upscale menu by executive chef Sabre Kennedy will highlight the best of contemporary causal cuisine. The offering and presentation will be sophisticated enough for a celebratory meal, but casual enough for weekday dining.
“Landmark is a very special place nestled within an intimate beach side community,” says Landmark proprietor and second-generation restaurateur Mario Marovic. “Unlike the nearby larger chain establishments, Landmark offers its guests a quaint retreat with genuine and neighborly comfort and service. We work very hard at making everyone feel special and right at home, whether enjoying one of our signature plates or simply lounging at the bar. And we hope their new surroundings will make them feel all the more special.”
Landmark will be open for dinner each day from 5:00pm to 10:30pm. Cocktails are served until 12:30am Sunday through Thursdays and until 1:30am Friday and Saturday. Dinner reservations, as well as private party, catering and bottle service information can be obtained by calling 949.675.5556 or visiting www.landmarknewport.com. Walk-in guests are welcome, but reservations are highly recommended. Valet parking is available.
