Carlos Zubillaga is Ready to Tap the Huge Potential of Business Coaching in the San Antonio Area
Carlos Zubillaga has started his own ActionCOACH business coaching firm in Texas.
Las Vegas, NV, August 24, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Carlos Zubillaga has started an ActionCOACH business coaching firm in San Antonio, Texas.
Zubillaga has been a Business Coach for seven years and was looking for a coaching system with a proven process and support system when he discovered ActionCOACH. Prior to joining ActionCOACH, he was partner at the San Antonio franchise of the Alternative Board; he was also a partner in a business brokerage firm.
“After extensive due diligence, I reached the conclusion that ActionCOACH was my best bet to reach my goals,” he said.
Zubillaga wants to concentrate on the San Antonio metro area.
“There is a huge need and a wide open market for good Business Coaches in San Antonio,” he said. “Besides, I work very well with Kevin Alft, who is also my Master Licensee. My goal is to grow my firm to include eight coaches within the next two years.”
Zubillaga founded a brokerage and investment banking firm in Venezuela, which employed 75 people, including over 40 investment professionals.
“When the new government was elected in Venezuela in 1998, we decided to close it down. I became a consultant and built a successful practice. In 2003, I moved to the United States with my family,” he said.
Having been a consultant to small and mid-sized businesses for seven years, Zubillaga has helped many businesses improve and believes that with the ActionCOACH support system, his capacity would be greatly enhanced.
“I found the company to be driven and enthusiastic,” he said.
When he ended his partnership with The Alternative Board franchise earlier this year, he started looking for an opportunity where he could capitalize on his previous experience.
“Coaching was the obvious choice for me; in a young industry, it’s safer to go with the leader,” he said.
The desire for business ownership was one of the motivating factors behind his decision to join ActionCOACH.
“The coaching industry is still in its infancy, and if the professional coaching community works in the right direction, every smart business owner will have a Business Coach in addition to an accountant and attorney,” he said.
Zubillaga is looking forward to helping people grow their businesses and experience personal success and abundance.
“I intend to position my firm as a coaching powerhouse in San Antonio and become the prime resource for business owners in the River City. We will assemble the best team of coaches in the region – committed to always putting our client’s interests before our own,” he said.
Zubillaga is the member of the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber and the San Antonio Human Resource Management Association.
ActionCOACH is the world’s number one business coaching firm, with more than 1,000 offices in 26 countries. To learn more, go to actioncoach.com.
