New Company Focuses on Increasing Fun, Creativity in Workplaces
HAMFLAP, a Bellingham company created to bring fun, laughter and their benefits into workplaces, was introduced to the public with a community event Wednesday, Aug. 20 as part of the 2010 Service Initiative networking luncheon.
Bellingham, WA, August 27, 2008 --(PR.com)-- HAMFLAP, a subsidiary of Evergreen Team Concepts, stands for “Have As Much Fun & Laughter As Possible.” HAMFLAP offers onsite education and online community involvement. “Happy employees are motivated and productive team members,” said Mike Ridpath, senior manager of products and services of Evergreen Team Concepts. “You find companies that have found ways to make their workplace more enjoyable often have happier, healthier and more productive employees. As a result, morale, participation and retention will increase.”
The Aug. 20 workshop was at the Hampton Inn’s Fox Hall. Presentations were given by internationally renowned motivational speaker Bonnie Dean, Northwest Business Monthly owner Tony Larson and Henry Beeland, founder and CEO of Evergreen Team Concepts. Sponsored by A&A Contract Customer Brokers Ltd, DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen, Hardware Sales, Hilltop Restaurant, Northwest Business Monthly, OfficeMax, Skagit State Bank and Snapper Shuler Kenner Insurance.
