FISC has provided payment processing solutions for Pioneer Telephone since 2005.
While most payments remitted are considered standard transactions and can be expedited through an automated process, a portion of work represents non-standard transactions referred to as exceptions. Exception transactions require additional manual intervention from staff members in order to identify the proper application of the payment.
With FISC’s account lookup feature exceptions are handled in an automated environment. When an exception is identified, it is automatically compared against a client database to determine the account number.
