This press release informs the readers about worldwide Custom Retreats, Eco-Tours and Life-Changing Journeys offered by Yatra Yoga International (YYI). It also presents the views of those who attended the November 2008 yoga retreat in Troncones, Mexico.
Santa Fe, NY, September 03, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Founded in 2008, Yatra Yoga International (YYI) was recently honored as one of the top ten yoga retreats worldwide. Yatra Yoga International is committed to providing incredible yoga retreats assisted by proficient yoga teachers and connecting travelers to international eco-tours.
The first yoga retreat took place in November 2008 in Troncones, Guerrero that is a charming village and one of the sacred and authentic destinations in Mexico and a perfect retreat location. This seven day retreat was led by respected Ashtanga instructor Jennifer Morrison. The participants enjoyed morning and afternoon sessions, healthful meals, relaxing on the poolside or beach, rejuvenating massage and eco-adventure too. Both new and experienced yoga practitioners signed up for this retreat and were absolutely delighted at the end of the one week long session.
When asked about the experience at the yoga retreat all participants were quite positive and happy about the whole experience. Most people felt that the yoga retreat was a great opportunity to learn yoga, meet new people, and enjoy nature's beauty. They were so much at peace with themselves and thought anyone and everyone must attend at least once in life.
Debra Black, who is a writer said, "I feel both my body and soul is nourished and nurtured. I thoroughly enjoyed the healthful organic food and scenic beauty. The yoga retreat helped me reconnect with nature and myself." George Johnson, a banker said, "The week was filled with great activities and I loved meeting new people. I evaluated myself and my life and feel that I am a changed person with new energy and mindset." Jason Smith who is an hotelier, said, "It was an experience of a lifetime, and this yoga retreat has changed my perspective towards life and has made me positive. I think everyone especially those who are too busy to spend any time with their own self must go for a yoga retreat to feel recharged and inspired." Joe Patrick, an MBA student said, "I have a plan for myself now and my life has changed for good. I have become more disciplined and focused."
The 2009 Yoga Retreats will include classic yoga destinations like Maya Tulum (south of Cancun), Villa Sumaya in Guatemala, and Kalani on the Big Island of Hawaii, in addition to hot newer spots like Great Huts in Jamaica and A Present Moment Retreat in Troncones, Mexico.
