The Knowledge Congress Has Scheduled a Live Webinar on Form 990 Update

New York, NY, September 05, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Knowledge Congress, the leading producer of regulatory focused webinars, announced today that it has scheduled a live webinar on Form 990 Update. This two-hour event is scheduled on Friday, November 7, 2008, at 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM (ET – New York).

A new version of Form 990 was issued by the IRS to be used for returns filed in 2009. It is said to offer more reliable information on an affected organization’s operations to determine non-compliance, minimize burden on the filing organization and enhance transparency. Form 990 must be thoroughly understood in order to maximize the potential advantages and minimize some of its implementation challenges. The question is: how can the non-profit sector cope up with this new form?

The Knowledge Congress is producing a follow up to its highly successful webinar in March. This new event will update attendees on the realities of 990 as they exist in the current environment as well as discuss the significant & substantive aspects of this form. Regulators and Form 990 experts are scheduled to speak in this event.
