Dynamic Sports Training Announces Semi-Private Coaching. Grab a Riding Buddy and Split the Cost of an Expert Coach and Set Yourself Up for a Great Season.
Dynamic Sports Training announces the creation of a Semi-Private coaching package. This new package will allow more people to take advantage of quality bike coaching and training and maximize their efforts to improve their fitness.
Redmond, WA, September 05, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Dynamic Sports Training is pleased to announce the addition of a Semi-Private coaching package. Individual custom coaching offers a high level of personal attention, particularly when individuals are using power measuring devices on their bicycles. Now riders can team up with a friend of a similar ability level and share the expense while still receiving customized training attention.
Close to twenty million bicycles were sold in the US last year giving car sales a run for the money. With more and more people taking to the road for fun and sport, the need for coaches to help riders maximize the investment in their bike and their bodies has become part of the industry. As the popularity has gone up, so has the cost.
"As I approach my ninth year of coaching, I wanted to make an effort to reach more people with my coaching and training philosophies." Familton says. "Offering a more affordable package that allows more people to train with me fits that need and is something I am very excited about creating this season."
Bicycle coaching usually includes a training plan delivered on the web or via email along a set number of phone calls. Riders who use power meters often pay more to have their files interpreted by their coach.
"There are web based cookie-cutter programs out there for coaches to use, but I've always resisted that approach." Familton says. "My plans include not only what to do, but how, why and how it fits into the overall plan to reach a client's goals. This allows me the ability to custom tailor my service and deliver more than the client expects."
"I've had lots of high priced coaches, but no one has listened to the problems I had with my fitness and been willing to try something different." Long time client Theresa Trinka says. "Marlon was the first coach who was willing to help me understand what wasn't working and create a plan I understood and believed in. I just had my best season ever!"
Marlon Familton has been a USA Cycling Expert Level 2 coach, a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor and riding and racing since 1979. He recently completed a Master of Arts in Behavioral Science and now adds sports psychology to his coaching programs.
