ITpreneurs will release the following ITIL v3 Intermediate courseware material on the 3rd of October,

ITpreneurs’ development team has been working diligently for several months to have ITIL v3 Intermediate courseware ready for the release of the exams and has conducted several “live” pilot events to further enhance the product before release. ITpreneurs’ R&D team applied unique instructional design techniques and conducted several months of iterative course design to be able to offer a new design approach for the benefit of learners.

For more than a decade, very little innovation took place in the ITIL training sector, until ITpreneurs stepped in and raised the quality bar, challenging the established training/education players in the sector. With the new ITIL v3 intermediate courses, ITpreneurs is pushing forward to meet the higher expectations of training partners and learners.

ITpreneurs expects that the old and traditional training companies, who have tended to develop their course material by getting their consultants to work during “bench” time to put together some slides in the form of courseware, are going to struggle.

In recognition of the unique needs of this level of learning, we devised the 4Ts model to design our Intermediate products… the 4Ts of our Design Philosophy, Content Depth, and Learning Aids. Crafted to improve on-the-job performance, these products put the learner in control and promise to significantly increase exam pass rates. So, they deliver results for both students and instructors. As Confucius said, “Tell me and I will forget. Show me and I may remember. Involve me and I will understand,” quotes Anuradha Madhusudhanan, Vice President, Product Development.

Using their unique competence in state-of-the art Instructional Design and years of experience in the development of best-practice courseware for ITIL, COBIT™, and ISO/IEC 20000 for training companies and organizations, ITpreneurs’ design experts have raised the course design bar once again.

ITpreneurs will present modules of its ITIL v3 Intermediate courseware at booth #632 in the ITSMF Fusion 2008 conference, San Francisco (7-10 September).
