Fabric Sail Design Software Present at the 36th Grand-Pavois International In-Water Boat Show
September 10th through 15th 2008, La Rochelle, France, CEREALOG Engineering, is on hand to demonstrate their professional sail design software, during the Grand Pavois International Boat Show.
La Rochelle, France, September 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The Grand Pavois, held at the Port of Minimes, is one of the largest in water boat shows in Europe; with 3 kilometers of pontoon space, over 750 boats (350 boats afloat), 115,000 sq. meters of exhibition surface, 850 international exhibitors and over 100,000 visitors.
In this show, the many boat builders, equipment suppliers, mast makers, sail makers from the French Nautical industry get a feel for the health of the marine market in one of the first shows of the boat show season.
Roland Jourdain, participant in the 2007/2008 Barcelona World Race on board the IMOCA Open 60 “Veolia Environnment” will be the Grand Pavois Patron, and a fellow competitor, Damian Foxhall, co-winner of the BWR, on board Paprec-Virbac, will be the Patron for the Guest of Honor country; Ireland.
Only 2 months before he sets off on the Vendee Globe, the solo around the world race, Roland comments “I am very glad to have been chosen as the Grand Pavois Honorary Chairman”.
CEREALOG will be available at stand N17, in the Services and Equipment Hall, to demonstrate, and answer questions, about the sail design software FABRIC™. Professional modular software for sail makers, FABRIC™, covers the whole process of sail design, assembly pre-viewing and as a manufacturing production control.
