Visiware Announces a Partnership with SoftAtHome to Deliver Intuitive Navigation Interfaces for Television

Paris, France, September 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Visiware, a leading worldwide publisher of interactive television, and SoftAtHome, a publisher of an operating software platform for the converged Digital Home, announce both a partnership and the launch of a new Television application for digital set top boxes.

Developed in Flash, this new application makes access to the various services offered on digital television smoother and faster, employing interactive animations which guide the user within the different menus and functionalities.

To be presented at the IBC2008 content creation, management and delivery exhibition in Amsterdam from the 11th to the 16th of September 2008, the work carried out by Visiware’s and SoftAtHome’s teams includes the following:

- Channel hopping interface
- Program information sheets
- Navigation within the menus
- Integration of a games portal

This development has been carried out combining the experience of Visiware’s developers in rich and dynamic interfaces and SoftAtHome’s Operating Platform.
