Mednovus Provides Excerpt of MRI Safety Expert, Dr. Emanuel Kanal, Presentation on Ferromagnetic Detection

Leucadia, CA, September 15, 2008 --(PR.com)-- In July of 2008, noted MRI safety expert, Dr. Emanuel Kanal, gave a presentation to the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators (AHRA) annual meeting on the state of MRI safety. A key element in Dr. Kanal's presentation was his recommendation of the use of ferromagnetic detectors for MRI patient pre-screening, including his own experience with the Mednovus SAFESCAN(R) Target Scanner(TM).
