Dave Coyle Joins Linda Craft and Team

Coyle began his real estate career in 2002 and has helped hundreds of families find their first or dream home. His experience in real estate, mortgage funding and home owner’s association management allows Coyle to assist buyers in navigating all stages of the home buying process. Coyle earned the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation in 2003 for his demonstrated knowledge of buyers’ representation standards and practices. He holds a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation for his expertise in managing homeowner and condominium associations and cooperatives. He also was a member of the RE/MAX International President’s Club for achieving sales excellence.

Coyle and his family relocated to North Raleigh from Virginia in 2005. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Paige, and children Delaney and Tyler.
