Welcoming active adults ages 55 and better, Jim Chapman Communities builds step-free ranch condominium homes and detached single family ranch homes in five active adult communities across metro Atlanta. Two of the new ranch condo floor plans, the Oxford II and the Westminster II, will debut at Brookhaven of East Cobb, Brookhaven at Johns Creek, Brookhaven at Sugarloaf and Brookhaven at Lanier Ridge. The new detached single family ranch homes, the Ansley and the Morningside, will be offered solely at Brookhaven at Johns Creek.

This plan also has a courtyard entry that can be converted into an optional outdoor living area featuring an optional outdoor fireplace. Both plans have a two car garage, are full masonry and have ample storage for today’s downsizing active adult.
